Administration and Management Section
The Administration and Management Section supports and promotes NJLA administration and management activities and concerns. We serve the needs of NJLA members who supervise staff and manage operations at various levels within all types of libraries.
The section sponsors programs and tackles projects related to any and all issues handled by managers and administrators in all types of libraries, including: personnel administration; training and staff development; customer service; budgeting; financial administration; public relations; relations with government agencies/funding authorities; and building maintenance.
We meet virtually on the second Tuesday of every month at 10am, and typically start our meetings with a speaker on a topic of interest. Join us!
